London: LINDA FARROW reveals its Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, ‘A Surrealist Dream,’ featuring bold eyewear designs inspired by surrealist art. The campaign showcases iconic locations and innovative pieces that blur lines between art and reality, set to debut at the MIDO exhibition in February.
For the Autumn/Winter 2025 season, LINDA FARROW presents a collection inspired by the aesthetics of surrealist art, intertwining unusual forms, shapes, and textures to create a sense of imaginative escapism. The campaign, entitled ‘A Surrealist Dream,’ was shot in notable locations such as the British Museum and the streets of London, showcasing the brand’s longstanding ties to artistic heritage and urban life. The juxtaposition of the museum’s historical ambiance with the vibrancy of the city emphasizes the collection’s themes of art and modernity, resembling a dreamscape that blurs the lines between reality and creativity.
The new optical collection epitomizes LINDA FARROW’s distinguished design ethos. Models such as Alicia, which integrates layered titanium and fine acetate, offer a modern yet accessible aesthetic. Additionally, the iconic Calthorpe silhouette has been reimagined in full titanium in the Yves model, featuring distinctive cutaway detailing that exemplifies the brand’s signature double colour technique.
Taking cues from surrealist inspiration, the sunglasses collection stands out with its bold designs and striking colour palettes. A noteworthy piece, the rectangular Emmy sunglasses, integrates a lens-filled cutout in the wide temple, evoking the surrealist practice of combining unexpected elements. Furthermore, the innovative Flick model blurs the distinction between frame and lens, presenting an embedded lens on top of the acetate frame, highlighting the brand’s forward-thinking approach to eyewear.
The unveiling of the Autumn/Winter 2025 optical and sunglasses collections is set to take place at MIDO, an esteemed international eyewear exhibition, from 8th to 10th February 2025, at Pavilion 2, Stand V57 V61 Z58 Z60.
