The latest collection by Maria Grazia Chiuri at the Dior Haute Couture show in Paris combines joy, nostalgia, and a nod to historical fashion.

Maria Grazia Chiuri presented a vibrant and playful collection at the recent Dior Haute Couture show that took place in Paris. The designer aimed to evoke feelings of joy and nostalgia through her creations, which featured a variety of styles including caged crinoline skirts adorned with ribbon streamers, sheer mini dresses embellished with delicate lace garlands, and whimsical rose rosette skirts coupled with girlish bloomers.

In an interview, Chiuri expressed her intention behind the collection, stating, “I wanted it to be full of joyfulness, dreams and playfulness.” Her approach to the designs reflects a deep dive into historical fashion, demonstrating a desire to explore sartorial creativity from previous centuries while still looking toward the future.

The collection was notably captured by photographer Antoine Harinthe, with styling led by 10 DE’s Editor-in-Chief, Toby Grimditch. Model Nazarit Machin, represented by IMG Models, showcased the standout pieces from Dior’s Spring/Summer 2025 couture collection for the upcoming cover story of 10 Magazine’s Issue 74, themed around music, talent, and creativity. This issue is slated to hit newsstands on March 18.

The production team involved in this stunning visual display included hair stylist Sayaka Otama and make-up artist Yusaku Nakahara, utilizing products from Oribe and Dior Beauty respectively. Additional production aspects featured contributions from Denis Shklovsky, photographer’s assistant Peter Hawk, and the Berlin Westend production team. Post-production work was handled by Officina Otto.

Significant thanks were extended to various members of the Dior Haute Couture Atelier, including Valentina Bernardini, Maximiliane Schmalenbach, and Thomas Nicklen, as well as Liam Leclercq, Brandon Ferguson, and Lea Decoupligny.

This collection, synonymous with Chiuri’s vision of playful femininity and rich sartorial heritage, highlights a captivating evolution in couture fashion, positioning Dior at the forefront of both creativity and craftsmanship.
