The 2025 Billboard Women in Music Awards in Inglewood showcased outstanding female artists and their fashion statements, honoring their contributions to the music industry.

Last night, Inglewood, California, hosted the much-anticipated ‘2025 Billboard Women in Music Awards,’ a significant event aimed at honoring and celebrating outstanding women in the music industry. The ceremony attracted a star-studded lineup, with numerous artists gracing the red carpet and showcasing their unique styles, reflecting the event’s theme of female empowerment in music.

According to Vogue Korea, the awards celebrated women who innovate and lead within the music sector. Among those present were artists such as Doechii, Tyla, and Gracie Abrams, who not only attended but also actively participated in the festivities, which included performances and award presentations.

The red carpet served as a stage for a plethora of fashion choices, varying from minimalist and refined looks to strikingly glamorous outfits. Suki Waterhouse turned heads in a dreamy ensemble from the Valentino Spring/Summer 2025 collection designed by Alessandro Michele. Her outfit featured a sheer top, a sparkling floral embroidered skirt, and an Old Hollywood-style faux fur shawl, encapsulating a vintage glamour that resonated with many attendees.

Embracing similar vintage elements, Victoria Monét opted for a LaQuan Smith dress characterized by a plunging sweetheart neckline and a net skirt adorned with sparkles, offering a fresh take on classic design. Jennie also donned an eye-catching red Zuhair Murad dress that echoed Monét’s dress design, completing her polished look with carefully selected coordinating lip color.

In line with the event’s dramatic flair, Tyla made an impact in a sheer ensemble paired with a couture lace dress by Jean Paul Gaultier. Meanwhile, Doechii stood out by choosing an archival sheer black slip dress by Donna Karan from 2014, demonstrating its enduring appeal and modern sensibility through her distinct styling.

The ceremony was further enhanced by additional appearances, including Gracie Abrams in Chanel, Erykah Badu, GloRilla, and Becky G, showcasing looks from various designers. Other notables included Tina Knowles in Yanina couture and Mikaela J. Rodriguez in Gaurav Gupta, reflecting the diverse range of fashion statements among the attendees.

Overall, the ‘2025 Billboard Women in Music Awards’ not only honored exceptional female talent in music but also provided a platform for artistic expression through fashion, allowing attendees to make bold visual statements as they celebrated their achievements.
