In an interview with Glamsquad magazine, Deyn recalled a friend’s suggestion to try dyeing her hair blue, a venture she ultimately found unsatisfactory. “Recently, a friend told me ‘it would definitely suit you,’ so I tried dyeing my hair blue, but I personally didn’t think it suited me at all (laughs). Now, I don’t really like to dye my hair in outrageous colors anymore, so I keep it natural,” she stated.
Born Laura Michelle Hollins on February 16, 1983, in Littleborough, Greater Manchester, Deyn was raised in a devout Roman Catholic household and pursued her education at All Saints Roman Catholic High School in Lancashire, where she excelled academically.
