The latest collection by Alessandro Enriquez pays homage to iconic film stars and Italy’s cinematic heritage, blending vintage elegance with modern fashion.

Alessandro Enriquez unveiled his Fall Winter 2025-2026 collection in a presentation that reflected his deep admiration for legendary figures from the golden age of Italian cinema. This collection is characterized by its cinematic quality, with each piece drawing inspiration from iconic screen stars like Sophia Loren and Alberto Sordi, as well as the emotional resonance of Italy’s cinematic heritage.

The collection showcases a nostalgic color palette that echoes the grandeur of classic films, combining sartorial elegance reminiscent of the 1950s with the boldness that characterized fashion in the ’80s and ’90s. This fusion results in garments that are both timeless and modern. Unique prints tell individual stories; for example, black-and-white donkey motifs with golden embellishments reference the classic film Pane, Amore e Fantasia, while Art Nouveau-inspired designs pay tribute to the captivating Virna Lisi. Enriquez’s notable mille cuori motif is featured alongside warm tartans in shades of deep red and golden beige, evoking a sense of romance and nostalgia.

The narrative within the collection further unfolds through winter landscapes that harken back to the comedic works of Monica Vitti and Alberto Sordi, highlighted by designs that depict playful skiing scenes and the phrase “Holiday of Amore,” which evokes vintage holiday memories. A standout print titled Cinema Enriquez presents a dreamlike Italian piazza under a starlit sky, where film personalities bask in the essence of availability. The classic pied de poule pattern is creatively reimagined with the word “AMORE” woven into the design, while opulent motifs reminiscent of banquets feature golden leopards alongside surreal floral elements symbolizing fortunes and love.

Innovations in fabric have further enhanced the collection, employing punto Milano to create flowing flared dresses, double-breasted jackets, and sheath silhouettes. The outerwear segment presents a combination of functionality and elegance through modern quilted nylon puffers alongside luxurious wool and cashmere dusters presented in muted gray and camel tones. A particularly note-worthy item is the corset-detailed shirt dress, which reinterprets traditional tailoring in a contemporary style, made from cotton flannel fashioned with dynamic checks and solid colors. Eveningwear celebrates chromatic richness, allowing vibrant, saturated hues to characterize the elegant and sculptural designs.

Through this collection, Alessandro Enriquez intricately weaves the allure of Italian cinema into wearable art, presenting a tribute laced with nostalgia, romance, and a celebration of the enduring glamour that has defined the silver screen.
