Actress Ana de Armas captivates at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party with a bold fashion statement while celebrating a night of award winners, including ‘Anora’ and its leading actress Mikey Madison.

Ana de Armas made a striking statement as she attended the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in Beverly Hills on Sunday evening. The 36-year-old actress dazzled the crowd at the Wallis Annenberg Center, presenting a fashion-forward look in a Louis Vuitton co-ord set. The ensemble featured a chic white bandeau top paired with a flamenco-inspired skirt, exquisitely designed with layers of silver sequined hemmed fabric and a daring split through the center.

Adding to her impressive style, de Armas elevated her height with towering silver stilettos, which contrasted elegantly with her flowing skirt. To further enhance her look, she adorned herself with a chunky diamond-encrusted necklace, which featured a large emerald as its centerpiece. Her hair was styled in a simple, sophisticated half-up, half-down arrangement, complementing her glowing makeup.

The Vanity Fair party followed the conclusion of the 97th Academy Awards, where the independent film “Anora” emerged as a major winner. The film secured the coveted Best Picture award, along with multiple accolades for its writer and director, Sean Baker, who was recognized with three Oscars, including Best Original Screenplay and Best Director. “Anora” centers around a young escort named Ani, played by Mikey Madison, who marries the son of a Russian oligarch, setting off a series of events that threaten their union.

Mikey Madison, in a surprising upset, won the Best Actress award, defeating expected front-runner Demi Moore, who had garnered significant acclaim for her performance in “The Substance.” During her acceptance speech, Madison took a moment to honor the sex worker community, stating, “I also just want to, again, recognize and honor the sex worker community. I will. Yes. I will continue to support and be an ally.”

At the awards ceremony, Adrien Brody took home the Best Actor award for his role in “The Brutalist,” marking his second Oscar win, having previously won for “The Piano” in 2003. Kieran Culkin began the night with a win for Best Supporting Actor in “A Real Pain,” while Zoe Saldaña won Best Supporting Actress for her role in the contentious film “Emilia Pérez.”

The Oscars evening was marked with various surprises and emotional moments, including Moore’s reaction to Madison’s win, where she was reportedly seen with a clenched jaw but later applauded Madison, acknowledging her achievement. The award season leading up to the Oscars had seen Moore consistently recognized as a frontrunner, making the outcome particularly notable.

The full list of winners from the 2025 Oscars reflects the diverse range of talent and stories honored at the ceremony. Key awards included “Anora” taking home Best Picture, and Sean Baker gaining significant recognition for his contributions to the film. In a moment that highlighted the significance of representation in Hollywood, Paul Tazewell became the first Black male recipient of the Achievement in Costume Design award for his work on “Wicked.”
