Bloomreach, a leader in AI-powered personalisation solutions, has been selected by ThirdLove to enhance the customer experience across its digital platforms. This decision aligns with ThirdLove’s continued commitment to innovation in the intimate apparel sector, which has been exemplified by its pioneering development of half-cup sizes and a customer-centric approach to design.

Founded with the goal of providing elevated intimate apparel for women, ThirdLove has established itself as a forward-thinking brand in the industry. With this new partnership, ThirdLove aims to use Bloomreach’s Loomi AI to personalise every digital interaction and website visit, allowing for a more tailored shopping experience.
