Dubai: Indian actress Deepika Padukone dazzles at Cartier’s silver jubilee, her first international appearance since the birth of her daughter. She sported a stunning black gown and an extravagant 63.76-carat necklace, while also discussing mental health in an upcoming talk show episode.

Deepika Padukone, the esteemed Indian actress and global brand ambassador of the French luxury jewellery brand Cartier since 2022, recently made a noteworthy appearance at Cartier’s silver jubilee celebrations held in Dubai. This event marks Padukone’s first international outing since the birth of her daughter, Dua, in September 2024.

For the celebrations, Padukone dazzled attendees in a custom-made, flowing black gown designed by the duo Monica and Karishma. Her hair was styled in a sleek bun, complementing her elegant look, which was accentuated by kohl-rimmed eyes. Padukone showcased an extravagant 63.76-carat necklace from Cartier, which became a standout piece of her ensemble.

In a social media post sharing moments from the event, Padukone expressed, “An exquisite evening with my friends at Cartier.” Her stylist, Shaleena Nathani, also shared glimpses of the glamorous affair, which highlighted the star-studded gathering celebrating Cartier’s milestone.

Prior to attending the Dubai event, Deepika Padukone showcased her talents on the runway for designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee as part of his brand’s anniversary celebrations, where she embraced a combination of retro and bohemian styles in her attire.

In addition to her recent public appearances, Padukone is featured in an upcoming episode of the series “Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025.” In a teaser for the episode, she engages with students and addresses mental health concerns, highlighting the importance of open communication. “Always express, never suppress. Be it with anybody,” she stated during the discussion, during which she also reflected on her personal experiences with mental health challenges.

Padukone has previously spoken candidly about her struggles with depression, expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for creating a platform for open dialogue about mental health. “I want to thank our Prime Minister for giving us this platform to come out as warriors, not worriers. I want to wish all of you the very best,” she commented.

On the professional front, the 39-year-old actress was recently featured in “Singham Again,” part of Rohit Shetty’s popular cop universe. As she continues to balance her career and new motherhood, her public appearances remain eagerly anticipated by fans and the media alike.
