Dior’s new B35 NXXT sneaker combines modern design with brand heritage, featuring a unique aesthetic and a retail price of $1,300.

Dior has unveiled its latest sneaker, the B35 NXXT, as part of the summer 2025 collection. This release emphasizes the brand’s commitment to blending heritage with modern design principles. According to Footwear News, the shoe symbolizes “the contemporary essence of the house,” reflecting a sophisticated union of innovation and traditional craftsmanship.

The B35 NXXT sneaker features a voluminous openwork sole adorned with the distinctive Dior Cannage motif. The upper is crafted from mesh, contributing to its lightweight feel despite the substantial sole design. The striking aesthetic includes graphic curves and the prominently displayed “Dior” signature, achieved through a high-frequency process.

An important detail of the design is the number “47,” which is emblazoned on the toe, marking the date of February 12, 1947, when Christian Dior held his inaugural fashion show. Additionally, the sneakers showcase Dior B35 patches on both the tongue and heel counter, enhancing their distinctiveness.

Available in multiple colorways, the B35 NXXT sneaker ranges from classic black and white to more vibrant options, as well as versions in beige and brown raffia. The retail price for this luxury sneaker is set at $1,300.

The B35 NXXT follows other recent sneaker releases, including the B44 Blade, a collaboration with Lewis Hamilton launched in 2024 that featured a limited quantity and a price point of $1,400. Another recent offering from the brand was the Dior Chrono sneaker.

In the backdrop of these releases, the brand is experiencing significant changes in its design team. Thibo Denis recently stepped down from his role as the men’s footwear designer at Dior, after a six-year tenure. Denis, who collaborated closely with Kim Jones – who also resigned as the men’s artistic director in January 2024 – has been credited with creating several high-profile footwear designs, including the coveted Dior x Jordan 1 Retro High.
