The ‘2025 F/W Sustainable K-Fashion Art Show’ in Seoul will showcase innovative artworks emphasizing sustainability in fashion and environmental issues.

Hana Bank is set to host the ‘2025 F/W Sustainable K-Fashion Art Show by Hana Art Bank,’ an exhibition combining fashion and environmental art, at Place1 in Samseong-dong, Seoul. The event is scheduled to run from March 14 to April 14, showcasing a range of creative works that emphasize sustainable practices in both art and fashion.

The initiative, which has been supported by ‘Hana Art Bank’ since last year, seeks to illuminate the potential of sustainable art while reflecting on themes of usage and reuse. The exhibition aims to explore how art can contribute to environmental protection, investigating innovative methods and promoting awareness of environmental issues through contemporary artistic expressions. Organizers of the show aspire to foster meaningful conversations about the future landscape of sustainable fashion and art.

The exhibition carries the theme ‘Color Homonym,’ which draws from the phrase “A CHROMATIC COLOR.” By removing the ‘A,’ the title suggests that every individual possesses their unique identity or ‘color.’ Attendees can expect a variety of artistic expressions, including upcycling art that reflects subjective ideologies, the use of eco-friendly materials in paintings, and digitally integrated displays.

Structured in collaboration with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) companies and sustainable eco-friendly brands, the ‘Sustainable K-Fashion Art Show’ will feature works across multiple categories. These include flat artwork, three-dimensional installations, crafts, media, photography, and fashion. Approximately 30 artists, ranging from emerging talents to mid-career professionals, will contribute by presenting eco-friendly pieces that deliver new visual narratives.

Lee Eun-jeong, Head of Hana Bank’s Hana The Next Division, emphasized the bank’s commitment to art, saying, “Hana Bank has been offering the art bank service since 2006 to provide differentiated services centered on customers, beyond the boundaries of finance.” She added, “As a leading art bank, we plan to continuously host well-known exhibitions and provide various art and cultural content to our customers.”

This exhibition represents Hana Bank’s ongoing efforts to merge financial services with cultural engagement, reflecting a broader trend towards sustainability in the arts.
