Valencia Tanoesoedibjo expressed her enthusiasm during the ribbon-cutting ceremony, highlighting the vision and mission of ISAGO within the industry. In her address, she stated, “From the beginning, ISAGO has committed to presenting jewelry that is not just beautiful and elegant, but carries meaning and sustainable values for the ecosystem.” This emphasis on sustainability is a core aspect of ISAGO’s identity, as the brand showcases collections made from 14K recycled gold and Lab-Grown Diamonds.

The jewelry offered by ISAGO is crafted using materials accredited by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), positioning the brand as an alternative in the market for high-quality jewelry that also prioritizes environmental considerations. “We want to bring about changes in the jewelry industry that are more advanced, environmentally friendly, and accessible to more people,” Valencia added. She further elaborated on the store’s concept by mentioning that “ISAGO Firsth, our first ISAGO Flagship Store also provides an interactive space beyond just shopping.”

The selection of Kota Kasablanka Mall for the opening of the flagship store was a strategic decision, with Valencia noting that the demographic aligns well with ISAGO’s target audience, which includes many young people and families. She remarked, “Kokas itself is definitely a premium shopping destination in Jakarta. Just pray that it can attract many more audiences.”

With the establishment of the ISAGO Flagship Store, the brand aims to set new standards in the jewelry market not only through its products but also by creating an engaging customer experience.
