Santa Barbara: Kylie Jenner attended the Santa Barbara International Film Festival to support her boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, who received the Arlington Artist of the Year Award. Dressed in a vintage Alaïa gown, she sported exquisite jewellery, while Chalamet dazzled in a colourful Prada ensemble.

Kylie Jenner made a notable appearance at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival on Tuesday night, where she was in attendance to support her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, as he received the Arlington Artist of the Year Award for his performance in “A Complete Unknown.” The 27-year-old entrepreneur turned heads in a striking vintage black dress, showcasing her fashion acumen.

Jenner donned a low-back halter gown sourced from Azzedine Alaïa’s spring 1998 collection, the same year she was born. The sleek and curve-hugging design is currently listed at an impressive $30,000 on luxury resale site 1stdibs. Complementing her ensemble, Jenner accessorised with two substantial diamond rings from Lorraine Schwartz—a dazzling emerald-cut ring on her pointer finger and an oval diamond adorning her pinky. She further enhanced her look with statement diamond studs and coordinating silver earrings.

Chalamet, aged 29, also made a fashion statement, opting for a bright and colourful Prada floral button-down shirt in shades of green and yellow. He layered the shirt over a matching lime green tank top, paired with baggy True Religion bootcut jeans and white Bape sneakers. To add a touch of glamour, he wore a diamond choker necklace, harmonising with Jenner’s extravagant jewellery.

While Jenner chose to skip the red carpet, the couple was spotted mingling inside the venue. A video captured moments of intimacy, with Jenner seen rubbing Chalamet’s back before his award ceremony. Although the pair tends to maintain a relatively low profile regarding their relationship, they have been seen together on several occasions throughout 2023, including a recent outing at the Golden Globes on January 5, where Jenner dazzled in a vintage Versace dress.

The evening marked yet another occasion for Jenner to showcase her sartorial choices, having recently been noted for donning vintage Alaïa designs, such as a sheer leopard minidress from the designer’s 1991 collection during Paris Haute Couture Week. This penchant for vintage pieces echoes the fashion choices of her sister Kim Kardashian, who notably wore an Alaïa leopard catsuit in 2019.

As the film festival continues and awards season progresses, attention will remain on this couple, particularly with the Oscars approaching next month.
