The former NewJeans girl group NJZ rebrands and launches a new collaboration with Calvin Klein, featuring a nostalgic denim collection for Spring 2025.

The popular K-pop girl group NJZ, formerly known as NewJeans, has made headlines following their official rebrand and a recent collaboration with Calvin Klein for the Spring 2025 Denim collection. The rebranding came after NJZ split from their label late last year, paving the way for a fresh identity and new ventures.

In a campaign directed by Oliver Hadlee Pearch, the music video showcases members Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein in a playful atmosphere, exuding vintage style while featuring an energetic selection of denim products. The video highlights their dynamics as a group, presenting a nostalgic nod to the 1990s accompanied by a catchy soundtrack—“Watch Me” by Biig Piig. The visual presentation displays a range of Calvin Klein’s new offerings for spring, including oversized baggy jeans, low-rise denim, denim jackets, and Bermuda shorts, along with a distinctive laser-etched allover print showcasing Calvin Klein’s classic monogram logo.

The collection offers an array of fashion pieces that blend casual with trendy, including refreshed denim washes and hues, vintage-inspired logo tees, classic striped shirts, and Calvin Klein’s branded sports bras. Notably, the lineup features a striped Relaxed Shirt Dress, a minimalist logo crest polo, and 90s Loose Fit Jeans, all crafted to cater to the current sartorial preferences of consumers seeking to blend comfort with style.

The timing of the NJZ x Calvin Klein collaboration aligns with the upcoming ComplexCon Hong Kong festival, where NJZ is set to headline the final day on March 21-23 at the AsiaWorld Expo. Other prominent artists such as Metro Boomin, Quavo, B.I, Changmo, Sik-K, and ZICO will also grace the event, with ZICO headlining the concert on Saturday, March 22. “We are thrilled to be stepping onto the stage for the first time as NJZ and share something new with everyone,” remarked member Minji in a statement, expressing excitement for their new musical direction and the anticipation of connecting with fans.

The Calvin Klein 2025 Spring collection, featuring the new K-pop sensations, is currently available for purchase on the brand’s website. This collaboration marks a significant step in NJZ’s post-rebrand journey and showcases their evolving artistry within the international fashion landscape.
