St Albans: Conscious fashion brand Nobody’s Child announces the opening of its first store outside London on 19 February 2024, showcasing its latest collection and lifestyle products. CEO Jody Plows highlights the brand’s commitment to thoughtful consumer choices and sustainability initiatives.
Nobody’s Child, a conscious fashion brand, is set to widen its reach beyond London with the opening of its first store outside the capital on 19 February 2024. This new location in St Albans will cover an area of 1,000 square feet and will showcase the latest spring collection along with the brand’s comprehensive range of lifestyle products. Customers will be able to shop for bridesmaids and occasion wear, accessories, fragrances, and jewellery.
Jody Plows, CEO of Nobody’s Child, commented on the expansion, saying, “We are incredibly excited about our growth across the UK, and are delighted that the next step in our journey brings Nobody’s Child to St Albans, where we know we have an existing and loyal customer base.” She further emphasised the brand’s commitment to facilitating thoughtful consumer choices, noting, “Together, we are empowering customers to make thoughtful choices without compromising on style or quality.”
In addition to the upcoming St Albans store, Nobody’s Child operates multiple locations in London, including stores in Carnaby Street and Spitalfields, as well as a flagship boutique in Covent Garden.
Earlier this year, Nobody’s Child collaborated with the pre-loved fashion firm Reskinned to initiate a takeback scheme aimed at promoting sustainability. This initiative allows customers to return their used garments, regardless of their condition, ensuring that the clothes either find a new home, are repaired, or are directed to the appropriate recycling route if they have been extensively worn.
The brand’s strategic move to St Albans marks a significant step in its expansion strategy, reflecting a growing trend in the retail sector towards sustainability and conscious consumerism.
