London: Petra Ecclestone unveiled her Valentine’s Day collection for her boutique, Crickle Daisy, during a stylish event attended by notable personalities. Emphasising vintage aesthetics fused with modern trends, she expressed her aspirations for creativity and family life while reflecting on recent challenges.

Petra Ecclestone marked a significant milestone on Monday as she celebrated the launch of her Valentine’s Day collection for her beauty and fashion boutique, Crickle Daisy. The event took place in London and saw the British model, aged 36, showcasing a vintage-inspired aesthetic that harmonised with contemporary fashion trends.

Ecclestone donned a chic grey cardigan, elegantly paired with tailored grey trousers. She accentuated her look with a black belt featuring gold hardware, which not only highlighted her waist but also complemented her black boots adorned with gold accents. The overall ensemble demonstrated a refined yet relaxed style that is reminiscent of vintage fashion while remaining current.

Joining her at this intimate gathering was her sister, Tamara Ecclestone, who, at 40, matched the grey theme in a stylish two-piece outfit consisting of a wool maxi skirt and a long-sleeve button-up cardigan. The sisters appeared to be in high spirits, frequently posing together for photographs, which highlighted their fashionable looks and the familial bond they share.

Other notable attendees at the event included Lauren Silverman, fiancé of Simon Cowell, who turned heads in a striking outfit featuring a black leather maxi skirt and an oversized denim jacket complemented by a grey knitted top. Made In Chelsea star Tabitha Willett also made an appearance wearing leather trousers paired with a dark green jumper, while editor Lauren Murdoch-Smith opted for a casual yet stylish look with boyfriend jeans and a grey knitted jumper.

The guest list further included fashion personalities Alice Amelia McWilliams, Sabrina Bahsoon, Zara Martin, and Kurtis Liddle, all contributing to the stylish atmosphere of the gathering. Each attendee displayed a unique take on fashion, embracing elements from various eras, continuing the trend of blending vintage aesthetics with modern styling.

Speaking to The Times, Petra discussed her motivations for establishing Crickle Daisy, sharing insights into her background and aspirations. “I know that anything I achieve will never be close to anything my dad’s done… He’s come from nowhere and done it all by himself. I had all the resources – the best schools, the social networks. I’m well aware of that. I just bored not being creative. And I want my kids to see I am trying to do something,” she stated.

The boutique, launched in the previous year, offers a range of products including beauty essentials and luxurious loungewear, reflecting a commitment to stylish living that balances practicality with contemporary design.

In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Petra also opened up about her family life and future aspirations, revealing her desire to adopt children—an intention she plans to pursue in the near future. Expressing her views on raising children, she mentioned plans to avoid the United States due to safety concerns, emphasising the shifts she is considering for her family’s future.

Petra, a mother of three children with her ex-husband, James Stunt, and one daughter from her current relationship with businessman Sam Palmer, illustrated her commitment to providing a safe environment for her children. Emphasising the current societal issues, she pointed out, “The crime in America is awful, and we want a safe environment for the kids.”

The event not only served to launch a new collection but also showcased the intersection of vintage fashion influences in modern celebrity wardrobes. Through their sartorial choices, Petra and her guests illustrated how retro aesthetics remain a vibrant part of contemporary fashion narratives, serving as a source of inspiration for current celebrity styles.

As the day wrapped up, Petra took a moment to reflect on her experiences amidst the tumultuous backdrop of recent events in Los Angeles, including narrowly escaping devastating bushfires that had threatened her home. While the family is currently residing in London, Petra remains connected to her roots and the larger narratives influencing both her personal life and her fashion ventures.
