The recent edition of Première Vision Paris brought together industry leaders to discuss innovations and sustainability in fashion amidst a changing landscape.
Première Vision Paris, a leading event in the global fashion industry, gathered key stakeholders from across various market segments for three days from February 11 to 13, 2025. The event centered around the theme of know-how, reflecting its commitment to drive transformation within the sector, from mass distribution to luxury brands. This latest edition underscores Première Vision’s significant role in shaping the future of the fashion industry.
Florence Rousson, President of the Première Vision Management Board and General Manager of The Creative Pole, stated, “This first year at the helm of GL events’ fashion division, recently renamed ‘The Creative Pole,’ has given me the opportunity to meet and listen to all key players in our industry—upstream and downstream, from manufacturers to federation and brands.” She highlighted Première Vision’s commitment to supporting the growth of global fashion businesses through a curated platform that personalizes the experience for each visitor. The event attracted a notable turnout and included numerous international delegations, cabinet ministers, and representatives from professional federations. Rousson noted, “We were also honored to host the annual plenary session of the Comité Stratégique de Filière Mode et Luxe Français, where over a hundred industry professionals gathered to discuss the future of our sector.”
Looking ahead, Première Vision is scheduled to host its next edition from September 16 to 18, 2025, where it will showcase the latest innovations within the industry.
The trade show also introduced significant enhancements to its mobile app, which is designed to improve networking and the overall experience for attendees. Recent updates allow users full access to exhibitor, brand, and visitor directories, as well as features such as instant messaging and an AI assistant. The app also includes multiple filter options that allow for tailored event experiences.
Furthermore, the Hosted Guests program succeeded in facilitating the participation of 220 international decision-makers and arranged for 1,500 business meetings throughout the event.
Educational facilities within the show featured 21 talks and 22 pitches, covering various insights into the industry’s contemporary challenges. A total of 75 speakers shared their expertise on topics related to know-how, innovation, and eco-responsibility, with attendance numbers at some sessions exceeding venue capacities.
The fashion forums received exceptional turnout, showcasing inspiring moments. The Inspiration Forum highlighted major Spring-Summer 26 trends and sustainable craftsmanship, presenting innovative designs in leather, fabrics, and accessories. Concurrently, the Sourcing Solutions Forum aided professionals in identifying suppliers and products, emphasizing eco-innovations and low-impact materials.
Desolina Suter, Fashion Director at Première Vision, remarked, “In a landscape where fashion is reinventing itself in response to economic and environmental challenges, sustainability has become an imperative. We firmly believe that know-how—whether traditional or innovative—is the key to addressing today’s challenges.”
In addition to the event’s developments, Rousson announced the renaming of GL events’ fashion division to The Creative Pole, which encompasses 18 different events structured under three brands: Première Vision, Tranoï, and Fashion Source. She introduced the International Observatory of Creation, a strategic analysis and forecasting tool aimed at offering insights into key trends and transformations affecting the creative sector.
Rousson concluded by noting, “The development of The Creative Pole and its international deployment further reinforce our commitment to supporting the industry’s transformation. This edition of Première Vision Paris reflects the market’s positive reception of our cross-sector approach and our ability to foster synergies between all industry players, from upstream to downstream, on a global scale.”
