In a spectacular showing at Paris Fashion Week, Saint Laurent’s latest collection featured bold colors and oversized silhouettes, attracting a host of celebrities and fashion enthusiasts.

In an electrifying conclusion to Paris Fashion Week, Saint Laurent showcased its latest collection last night, drawing a star-studded crowd that included prominent figures such as Hailey Bieber, Charli XCX, and iconic supermodel Kate Moss. The event was characterized by an atmosphere reminiscent of the Oscars, attracting fashion enthusiasts and celebrities alike eager to witness the latest designs from the renowned fashion house.

Anthony Vaccarello, who has helmed the role of creative director since April 2016, presented a collection that emphasized bold, vibrant colors, marking a departure from last season’s homage to the label’s founder, Yves Saint Laurent. Last season, many attendees mirrored the classic, oversized suits and ties associated with Yves Saint Laurent’s style, but this new collection embraced a palette teeming with lively hues that included deep purples, bright oranges, and striking hot pinks. Noteworthy attendees such as Amelia Gray and Iris Law were seen donning eye-catching outfits that reflected the vibrant theme.

The collection predominantly featured oversized silhouettes, with 80s-inspired padded shoulders making a significant impact. Alongside these standout designs, large gold earrings, leather gloves, and pointed stiletto heels contributed to the nostalgic feel of the presentation. Textured elements like PVC leopard and floral prints, as well as soft leather jackets, enhanced the retro aesthetic.

Towards the end of the show, the collection introduced a darker tone with nine looks characterized by full skirts and infused with muted browns and greens. These designs were accentuated with lace trims and bow belts, providing a more feminine touch amid the otherwise bold display.

The show highlighted various celebrity looks, with notable attendees including Chloë Sevigny, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Zoë Kravitz, and Linda Evangelista, among others, each contributing to the glamorous atmosphere that surrounded the event last night. The array of styles presented not only celebrated modern fashion but also paid homage to influences that have shaped the industry over the decades.

As Saint Laurent continues to evolve under Vaccarello’s guidance, the blend of nostalgic design elements with contemporary flair marks a significant moment in the world of fashion. The show’s finale solidified Saint Laurent’s reputation as a powerhouse in the fashion industry, captivating audiences and leaving a lasting impression as Paris Fashion Week came to a close.
