The app retains the intuitive filtering options found on the retailer’s website, allowing users to browse products by various promotions, including the ongoing offer of “2 pairs of shoes for £10” and a robust clearance outlet section.

Prominently featured within the app is a personalized shopping experience that provides exclusive discounts, all while integrating seamlessly with shoezone’s existing store network. Moreover, the app offers an express delivery service that guarantees free next-day delivery with no minimum spend, enhancing customer convenience.

The launch of the app marks a significant step in shoezone’s marketing strategy, as it enables the company to send push notifications directly to users—a feature that the retailer identifies as a major area of focus as it looks ahead to 2025. Initial results from the app’s performance have been promising; the conversion rate through the app is currently 8% higher than that on the shoezone website, and downloads are increasing at an average rate of 24% per week.
