Urban Outfitters has announced a partnership with Hanes to launch an exclusive collection featuring 28 pieces of innerwear and apparel tailored for both men and women. This collaboration aims to provide a contemporary reimagining of the fundamental basics that have long identified the Hanes brand. Priced between $10 and $45, the Hanes Heritage x Urban Outfitters capsule collection is set to be available in over 50 Urban Outfitters retail locations and online, while supplies last.
The collection includes a variety of items such as boxer briefs, ribbed tanks, crew socks, and T-shirts, all designed with a modern twist influenced by the rich archival history of Hanes, which has been a staple in the innerwear industry for 125 years. Featured in the collection are oversized T-shirts, cropped sweatshirts, and boxers adorned with a vintage-inspired Hanes logo waistband that pays homage to classic American style. All pieces are crafted from soft cotton materials, with select options offering tagless designs for enhanced comfort.
Jane Newman, the Chief Design Officer at HanesBrands, highlighted the collaborative nature of the project, stating, “Few brands have the longevity and legacy that Hanes has, and we had a ton of fun diving into our history together with Urban Outfitters to design this collection. It offers a youthful, vintage twist on the Hanes staples that have made us the beloved brand we are today.”
