ZYOD unveils advanced technological excellence hubs in Gurugram and Jaipur that enhance quality, speed, and sustainability in garment production, with plans for further national expansion and innovation.

ZYOD, a fashion manufacturing company, has unveiled tech-enabled excellence hubs at its manufacturing sites in Gurugram and Jaipur, marking a significant step forward in integrating advanced technology with traditional garment production. These hubs are designed to enhance product quality, speed up turnaround times, and promote sustainability within the fashion manufacturing sector.

The company has incorporated advanced technological tools directly onto the production floor to streamline processes, making manufacturing faster, smarter, and better aligned with an on-demand production model. Central to these developments is ZYOD’s proprietary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which delivers real-time insights into production operations. The system also includes automated quality checks and AI-driven line planning, which aid in reducing rework, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality and accurate outputs.

Ankit Jaipuria, Co-founder of ZYOD, spoke about the initiative, stating, “As the fashion industry shifts toward on-demand manufacturing, traditional production methods often fall short in the face of rising market demands for speed, adaptability, and accuracy. Our new excellence hubs address this challenge head-on by incorporating advanced technologies into the production line. With features like automated quality control, AI-based line planning, and digital sampling, we’ve eliminated the need for physical prototypes, greatly accelerating development timelines and minimizing material waste.”

The hubs are strategically located in Gurugram and Jaipur due to their manufacturing advantages. Ritesh Khandelwal, Co-founder of ZYOD, explained, “Gurugram and Jaipur were selected for these hubs owing to their strong apparel manufacturing ecosystems. Gurugram’s dynamic tech sector offers skilled talent, while Jaipur’s rich textile heritage and craftsmanship enable access to premium raw materials. Combined with excellent connectivity, these locations empower ZYOD to uphold agile and responsive production timelines aligned with modern market needs.”

Each hub employs over 400 professionals and manages more than 700 styles with over 2,000 design-to-delivery cycles running concurrently. This level of scalability allows ZYOD to maintain high production output without sacrificing agility or quality.

ZYOD has plans to expand these technology-driven excellence hubs across India and is preparing to launch a state-of-the-art innovation center. This center is expected to be a milestone in the company’s expansion and a significant development for India’s apparel manufacturing industry.
