Naomi Campbell was seen enjoying a shopping spree in Milan during fashion week, showcasing her chic style and continuing influence in the fashion industry.

Naomi Campbell, a prominent figure in the fashion world and widely regarded as one of the most successful supermodels, was spotted enjoying a shopping spree in Milan on Friday, September 22. The appearance came during Milan Fashion Week, where Campbell continues to maintain her influence in the industry.

On her outing, Campbell donned an oversized black fur coat over a denim shirt and matching jeans, embodying an effortlessly chic style. Completing her look, she wore a stylish trilby hat and comfortable black New Balance trainers, while accessorizing with a crocodile skin Birkin bag. Oversized sunglasses added an air of mystery to her appearance. During her shopping trip, she was seen at Il Gufo, a children’s store, suggesting that she was looking for items for her two children, aged three and one.

Earlier in the week, Campbell made headlines as she graced the runway for the DSquared2 show, wearing a striking racy bodysuit coupled with a matching cropped jacket. Her performance was part of a broader lineup that featured fellow models like Irina Shayk and Isabeli Fontana. According to reports from the Daily Mail, Campbell’s impressive presence in both off-duty and professional capacities demonstrates her longstanding status in the modeling sphere.

Also spotted in Milan was Bar Refaeli, the Israeli model and former partner of actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Refaeli was observed indulging in retail therapy with a friend, embodying a relaxed demeanor. She opted for a casual outfit, comprising dark trousers and a white T-shirt, layered with a varsity-style jacket. Leaving her golden locks to flow naturally, she completed her look with plimsolls and designer sunglasses.

While Campbell remains a key figure in fashion, her philanthropic endeavors have garnered attention as well. In 2005, she founded Fashion For Relief to support humanitarian causes through runway events. However, a Charity Commission investigation that began in 2021 found serious issues with the management of the organization, including the use of charity funds for personal expenses such as luxury accommodations and spa treatments. The inquiry concluded with the charity being dissolved and removed from the register last year due to findings of misconduct and mismanagement among its trustees.

Naomi Campbell expressed her concern regarding the findings, stating she was “not in control” of her charity and acknowledged that she did not engage fully in its operations. Despite the controversy, she has consistently denied any financial misconduct. Campbell’s lengthy career and significant contributions to the fashion industry are juxtaposed with her charity’s troubled history, marking a complex legacy for the supermodel.

As Milan Fashion Week progresses, both Campbell’s and Refaeli’s appearances underscore the vibrant and diverse influence of established models in today’s fashion landscape.
